Under law, we are unable to move certain materials during the moving process. In the case that we find something we can't move, we will inform the customer. These items include:

-Trash (in some cases)If you find yourself unable to locate a specific item, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we will make every effort to assist you. As part of our meticulous moving process, we capture photos and create a comprehensive inventory of each and every item being transported. This practice ensures that no matter the size or significance of the item, we have a detailed record of it.
If you have fragile items that are dear to you and relatively small in size, we understand the value you place on them. While we suggest personally transporting such items for added peace of mind, if you choose our packing and moving services, rest assured that we prioritize their protection. Our experienced team will handle your fragile items with utmost care, using a meticulous process. First, we carefully wrap them with plastic or bubble wrap, followed by soft blankets for an added layer of cushioning. Finally, we secure them with additional layers of plastic or bubble wrap before carefully boxing and loading them onto the truck. Our goal is to ensure the safe and secure transportation of your cherished fragile items throughout the entire moving journey.
We provide comprehensive local moving services to Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. However, we offer long-distance moving services nationwide! So, if you are in California looking to move with Petra Moving Company, we have you covered! We do not provide moving services to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.
